Tournament Success!

What a great day!  It was full of sun, fun, and softball.  We had five teams and a lot of excitement.  Thank you to all who came out to play and to cheer!

Trinity Romania Trip Softball Tournament

As the name indicates, this is a fundraiser for Trinity Romanian Missions Trip 2016.  The softball tournament is a great way to get a lot of people involved in the trip, especially teens and young adults, as well as raise money for the teams in country expenses.  Last year Tyler Stoltzfus organized a similar tournament for the Haiti Missions Trip.  It was an extremely fun day for the athletes and the fans!

Trinity Coffee House Benefit

Join in the fun as we get together Saturday, November 14 for a good music, good friends, and good coffee!  

You can relax and enjoy as well as support the upcoming Trinity Romanian Missions Trip 2016.  You can learn all about the upcoming trip and catch up with old friends and make new ones!  We will open up at 5:00 pm and stay open until about 10:00.  Hope to see you all there!  You can see the event posting on our FaceBook page.

Fully Funded!

God has blessed our team!  This year's Trinity Romanian Missions Trip is fully funded!  Our tickets are purchased and we are counting the days to departure: 27!

We also had a great team building time a few weeks ago.  We talked, sang, prayed, played, and of course, we ate.  This is a group that know how to be serious and knows how to laugh and have fun. 

We can't wait to see what God has planned for this 2015 trip.  Follow our blog or check back regularly as we will have video and pictures from Romania as we travel (as long as we have internet).

What a wonderful evening of music! We really enjoyed hearing Daniel Heffington sing some of his classic songs as well as some brand new ones for us. 

The whole team was together for the first time and God blessed the evening in many ways.  In addition to seeing friends, listening to great music, we also raised 1,071.00 for this years missions trip!  We are so thankful for all those who came out to the concert and gave so generously!  Your support is such an encouragement for the entire team.  Please keep us in your prayers.  We will be posted as we can from Romania so you can "go with us" on our trip. 

Four Days Until "Songs For Romania"

The count down has begun for the benefit concert by Daniel Heffington, from the Christian band Paid In Full.  The concert will be held at Trinity Mennonite Church.  Doors will open at 6:30 and the concert will begin at 7:00.

Embarking On This Journey With Us!

I can echo Sarah and say that I am so excited about our trip to Romania!  I have not been to Romania before, and I can't wait to begin the adventure!  God has already provided my needed funds for the trip, and I'm so thankful to "fellow workers of the truth" who have given so generously.  God is faithful to provide!  

I pray that God would prepare our team to encourage our brothers and sisters in Romania and that God would work in us as well as through us.

Fully Funded!

Thanks to the generous gifts of many people and the great help we have received at various fundraisers the Romania Missions Trip 2014 is fully funded!  We are very excited to be able to focus completely on the mission itself.  Our team will depart from Washington Dulles International Airport in exactly four weeks!

We aren't sure what our exact itinerary is yet, but we do know we will be doing a lot of traveling.  In light of this, we would appreciate your prayers for safety in travel throughout our trip and that the vehicles will function properly.

Spring! An Evening Out!

The Romanian Missions Team is hosting it's last Appomattox area fundraiser on Saturday, April 12th.  This will be a fun night of music (local artists), coffee, munchies, and friends! 

There is no admission charge.  Donation boxes will be available for those wishing to help us raise what we need for expenses while in the country.  Our tickets are purchased and we are on the home- stretch!

2014 Romanian Missions Team

Thanks to all of you who have so generously donated to this years Romanian Missions Trip. We have purchased our airline tickets!

We are leaving Monday, May 12th and returning Tuesday, May 27th.  We will post our travel itinerary when it is finalized.

What a great group of young people!  The two older participants are greatly honored to be able to minister along side these dedicated, energetic, godly young adults.

This is great news and we are rejoicing!

Second Paid In Full Concert

The second Paid In Full fundraising concert will be held this Saturday at 7:00 PM!

WHAT A BLESSING!

We want to praise God and thank Paid In Full and Bethany Hertzler for their incredible performances on Saturday night!  They helped us raise $1,943 for this years Romanian Missions Trip.

Everyone was blessed with great music, great fellowship, and a lot of fun.  Keep an eye on our blog.  We plan to post some video from the concert in the coming days!

Thrilled to announce that Bethany Herzler will be opening for the February 1 fundraising concert for the Romanian Missions Trip.  Bethany has a great acoustic guitar sound.  Come enjoy these two creative musical performances.  The concert starts at 7:00 PM and will be held at Prospect Gospel Tabernacle Church.  For more information scroll down (or click on) our post "We are excited about our first big fundraising event."

We are excited about our first big fundraising event.  Paid In Full, a contemporary Christian band from the Norfolk area, is coming to the Lynchburg/ Farmville area to perform in an effort to help raise the needed money for the 2014 Romanian Missions Trip.
